What is coaching?

Coaching is a dynamic process, where conversation fosters self-discovery and empowers you to create the life you want.

It's free of judgment providing a safe space for introspection and creativity that may not get anywhere else. Our sessions will be full of questions and techniques to uncover new insights. As a coach, I will not guide you, but walk next to you and champion you in your journey.

Coaching process

The process typically lasts 3 to 6 months, but the frequency of meetings is based on your needs (usually two in a month). Sessions last 50 minutes, and we meet online on Google Meet.

You always choose what you want to work on during each session, and I, as a coach, will support you in each topic's exploration. During the last meeting, we'll look back and wrap up our journey.

Coaching isn't therapy, consulting, or mentoring. I will also not advise you on your life because you are your best expert. What I can do is help you discover new paths and possibilities and champion you along the way!
